Return Policy

  1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any decision in respect of a refund is made at the sole discretion of the Company and such decision once made by the Company shall be final.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



  1. Once we receive your item, the Company will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. The Company will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  2. If your return is approved, the Company will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we will provide a shipping label thereof.
  2. If you receive a refund, we will pay for the costs of return shipping.
